
Only crumbs remain...the bebe is hungry!
"What to Expect" expects me to somehow cram in more servings of grains, veggies, fruits, and protein each day than I would normally eat all week, but is mysteriously silent on the "brownie" category. Then after the book tells me how much food I need to forcefeed myself, it tells me I should under no circumstances gain more than 3lbs the first trimester. Uh huh.
